How can I import a high resolution 24bit/192kHz DVD-AUDIO on my Macbook?

I recently purchased a new DVD-AUDIO (24bit/192kHz). I would like to import this high resolution file to iTunes like a digital Compact Disc.
Unfortunately iTunes does not recognize when i insert my DVD-AUDIO into my SuperDrive ?
How can I import the DVD-AUDIO to playback on the Mac (prefere to iTunes where other CDs were importet) through an external DAC of my hifi ?

I am sitting the whole day looking for help, but not found anything... :(
Please let me know if you know how.
