Are Obbligato FILM caps metallized polypropylene?

 Hi, Are the Obbligato FILM OIL caps metallized polypropylene, or polypropylene film/foil (with oil impregnation)? Thanks

 no foil -- they are metallized pp with pure silver sputtered end caps.
