New Jersey Bidat Repair?

 Does anyone know of a reputable repairman to fix my Musetex Bidat in New Jersey? It makes a "wooshing" sound when hooked up. I love the sound of this Dac and sending it to Canada seems like an awful lot of hassle. Thanks in advance.

 and then "when hooked up makes a wooshing sound". Sorry, can't help with the dac repair.
