![]() I ordered a pair of speaker cables and these showed up (see photo). One cable has blue shrink boots, the other black. The blue boots are plain, the black boots show a directional arrow. Manufacturer says this is not a defect and is how they are made, and direction is not significant except for bi-wire cables, which these are not. I've not seen a photo on A'gon or PNF web site that shows cables made this way. I have not hooked them up yet but feel uneasy about their mismatched colors. Have you received these same style cables lately? Do you think this would effect resale value? Perhaps I am just too picky and paranoid? For me, I care more about their sound (100%) than the mismatch colors (0%), just concerned about resale value if it ever came up. |

Personally, I would never accept speaker cables that were different from L and R. |
