I recently had a problem with my Pass Labs Amp. After initially contacting them, they called me right back and had me ship it in. Even though it was out of warranty, they told me not to worry; they fixed it free of charge. All I had to pay for was shipping. Total time, with shipping, was about 10 days. They even retrofitted the amplifier to work better with my REL sub. This is what customer service is all about--way beyond what they actually needed to do. Impressive. | |

Mark is great. I've had several interactions with him to date. |

| Will second all of the above. The folks at Pass and Reno HiFi have always been super! | |
