I nominate the Jeff Rowland Continuum 250/500 - simply gorgeous!

But the sound, hmmm, that's another matter.

So who else got an equally good looking amp and sound great?

Maybe someday the guys at Antique Roadshow will be flipping over this future family heirloom.

Have fun.

Sounds good, too. And if you like McIntosh-like lights everywhere, the newer version with the ipod dock has 'em.

Thought I'd chime in on what I find esthetically pleasing- the Cyrus stuff- ESPECIALLY the Cyrus II with the PSX power supply.

Just my take on beauty. Now its all over- ARC and custom built gear...

The new Magnum Dynalabs, especially if you combine the thicker faceplate of the 309 with its indented knobs with the views of the 209.

They really hit it out of the park with this piece. The tactile feel alone is worth the price of admission. The sonics are superb as well.

Best looking integrated...that's easy, the McIntosh MA-7000.

The best sounding integrated....that's easy too, the McIntosh MA-7000.

I don't own one of these big beasts but I did have the chance to spend a few days with one, and to say I enjoyed it would be an understatement.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...but I loved my two BAT VK-300x-SE integrated amps, especially the one with the all black faceplate...only sold because I needed a tape loop for my Merlins...ergonomics/display was also first rate...

I'm using the Classic II to drive my Quad ESL 57's. It's doing a great job at it. With a balance input and with a balanced output on my Meridian CDP, things couldn't get much better. I was interested in Patho's new Digit CDP but it was getting mixed reviews.

Suspect it depends to a great extent on the speakers, hear it driving a tall pair of Dynaudio speaker... big, dynamic sound. Very pleasant surprise.

might want to try adding a second unit. Especially with the MkII and even more with the MkIII versions this results in them being Mono (when set to Bridged mode)and having VERY strong performance. See my review on Dagogo.com

This is the integrated Amp that I own and i have never seen a better looking one in all my visits to various audiophile stores.

It's the Qinpu A8000 MarkII
