Can the power plant premier run the PassLab X.250 power amp?
Can it tolerate the current for charging the capacitors when I start my machine?

  Yes, should be no problem. The Premier has an automatic bypass built in so if the capacitors take too much current to charge, the regenerator is dosconnected and the amp is tied directly to the wall until it's charged up.
