I just turned on the amp today, and I believe that I heard a little "boom" in one the speakers, and thereafter, one side of Ella plays much louder than the other.
Any ideas what went wrong and why one side is so much weaker than the other?

  First switch the tubes from L to R one at a time. You probably did that already.

  If it's not a tube, remove them and power up just like you did when you first built it and measure the voltages.

    I exchanged only the EL84 and that did not work, then I read your reply again and changed the 6SN7 and that did it. I got my amp playing the way it used to. Thanks!
