Or do I risk secret deletion by simply posing the question ??

something slightly negative, or against any of the "standard" viewpoints there! You will quickly appreciate the freedom we have here on VA..

But apparently the sentence is "LIFE".
It's too bad. Pat, while sometimes caustic, is a brave tweaker. He's not afraid to try things in the pursuit of music. He is willing to share his successes and humble enough to reveal his failures.
Entertaining style? To me, yes. I'd always head to his posts, knowing I was in for a laugh or an education. So much better than the "my cleaning fluid is better than your cleaning fluid" banal crap.
Oh, and just a thought to his "victims". I'm sure they had nothing to do with the conflicts, did they? No, of course not. O'Malley would stalk them, jumping out of dark alleys to attack, simply to satisfy his blood lust. It must be wonderful to live in a world without mirrors. Denial is bliss, eh?
I would assume that any participation of others in any of the specified conflict would be assessed by moderators, and appropriate action taken toward those involved...
Do you feel that this has NOT been the case?...
Bill.
I honestly can't say, since I didn't follow every step of the "trial". I can say that I would not be selected for the jury on this one, as my position is biased.
I appreciate your perspective. You've made me think. Thanks.

....the forums these messages are being deleted from? Someone should be able to analyze that kind of data.

(as thus far I have neither been "banned" nor been given a posting "holiday") but I rather assume that inmates would only find themselves "deleted" following repeated offences that may have each been deleted with an accompanying moderator's "Don't do this!" message to the transgressor which the trangressor had obviously deliberately and consciously subsequently ignored...
I suggest that continued "unacceptable forum behaviour" (in addition to an implicit "F#ck you!!" message to moderators by an inmate continuing to transgress) in itself justifies some form of restriction being considered by moderators...
After all the forum rules are generally well known and understood, and are available for review if required...
Sadly there may always be some folk who cannot seem to see a rule without apparently wanting to break it, but such instincts of confrontation may naturally always be likely to lead to entirely forcastable unhappy endings... :o)
Bill.

...get the passive/aggressive deletion.
Hasn't Pat served his time?

time and time again he was caught by the mods sending very offensive messages, then deleting them as if no one would ever know.. well, guess what?
He would stalk certain members when doing this, or when he was in his "jekyl and hyde" mode...
VA is much better without that kind of trash being sent about.
