Typical consumption is about 100 watts or less for each monoblock.

I have heard it is good to avoid transformers in the conditioner, as they have "slower" slew response and can rob some power from transients, although I think whoever designs their power supplies to rely on perfect AC voltage has a serious engineering deficiency.
