that she threatened to move and take his child; she claiming that d since he had falsely told her about being a doctor, the court would award her full custody of the kids, and not even allow him visitation (not true, of course, but who could prove otherwise?). He was so scared and depressed at losing his wife, and her taking their only child that he freaked out... Murder 2. 8-15.
you could blame the violent video game he was playing for an hour before he quietly picked up his 22 rifle - walked into the bedroom and shot her in the head.
and then having shot her in the head while he slept, he returned to his video game for a few more hours while planning out 'the clean up.' Once past level five, he put down the controller, cut the mattress up, rolled her in some blankets, took the gun, mattress and his lovely wife and threw them all into dumpsters around town. He then got her car (w/adjusted mirrors/seats, for his size,) parked it where she could be jogging and concocted a plan saying that she had gone jogging early. Couple these with his call to her work and he just might not fry.
Send him away for life. They proabably won't find the body in any condition that will determine whether she was actually pregnant or not.
Nice guy, huh?
whether she was actually pregnant or not." WOW! Good point, Chris I think you got the guys motivation. Some were saying it gives him a bargaining chip, tell where the body is for murder 2.
I bet there'd be a line of people with their .22 rifles that would just love to pepper him for a minute or two.
1. He seems to have without a doubt done it.
2. Rather viscious in that he uis reported to have used a gun and a knife.
3. The dumping of her body, his sloppy cover-up, and duping all their friends as well as a bunch of strangers into searching for her.
nobody is perfect, but imperfections have degrees. Popping your wife in the face with a .22 while she sleeps is kind of the pussy way out if you ask me. At least if you're going to kill somebody in cold blood, give them the courtesy of being able to look you in the eye.
