Tips on using Microcare CCC to clean vinyl

Does anyone have any experience with this product. Is it the same product that is sold as Microcare Premier Record Cleaner? They are both based on Dupont Vertrel CF Solvent, but the CCC package doesn't have any mention of it's vinyl cleaning ability, only as a contact cleaner. It also states that it is for industrial use only and not for retail sale. Premier is marketed to the consumer, claiming it was specifically developed for cleaning vinyl LPs. Can anyone clarify?

PS: I purchased the CCC cleaner from LPGear, where it was promoted as a vinyl cleaner, though the picture shows the can with yet another name!

I spray a little onto a microfiber cloth and lightly lay it on the spinning record. You may choose to do just a little area and move across the record; but you may have to reapply more spray to the cloth.

it evaporates so quickly that you have to act fast! But it seems to work well, especially on new records and removing mold release.
