I have. You can spot the difference immediately: the printing is lower quality, the text is fuzzy, the cropping is off a bit, sometimes words are misspelled.

I have never, ever heard of a pirate CD of high enough quality to be passed off as an original. Same with LPs: Pirate LPs were always crap quality. I suppose one could exist, though.
