AP re-issed in vinyl. I was not aware of a 45 rpm version.
Opus 33 1/3
The 45 rpm was recently released. It was also released on 15 ips tape.

How popular do you think this Janis Ian release is among anyone other than an audiophile? To me, pop music is something that has been spun to death on the radio and is instantly recognizable. This record far exceeds anything like that.

The record was nominated for a GRAMMY which means it must have been above average "popular".
