The seller responded back and stated that it was in perfect condition, bearing and all. Apparently, perfect mean half, ars glued bearing point.Any help with a fix would be appreciated, since Vladimir was no help.

Thank you, I nearly had dealings with this guy but had misgivings. You confirmed my suspicions.
It's tough to get a seller to do right when you let several months go between receipt of something you buy and the time you get around to using it. In my case, it was a sealed LP bought from a reputable eBay seller. (Yes, I know most people would consider that phrase an oxymoron.) when I got around to opening it two months after arrival I found a nasty scratch on side two. I reached out to him to let him know and I bet you can guess his reply.
Mike,
The seller has contacted me and appears to be looking at a resolution, through insurance. However, I can't see after this late in the game, how that would work.
I do feel somewhat responsible, given that I took 2 months to really check it out.
He did give me a really good price on the arm and I offered to take a 50% hit on it if he was willing to accept my integrity. The real issue is that not only is it broken but that it was broken prior to my purchase and cobbled together via use of epoxy. It is a tough position for both of us to be in. I can understand the his side and have been there, too. In such a case I took the hit and made good, as my reputation meant more and I could recoup my loss on not making a profit with a second item.
Anyway, this is really about try to repair this item and I'm still looking for help with the repair. Hopefully someone may have had experience with this in the past.
Ray
I heard back from the seller, who is not willing to look at resolving the issue. His stand was that it was good when it left his care. He did not inspect it properly, so he doesn't believe me that it was broken prior and cobbled together.
Again, I was prepared for this possibility and I am moving on.
So, any help with a repair would be appreciated.
I do know a great machinist but the cost of the repair may ultimately not be worth it.
I have since decided to buy a brand new Jelco for my project and will install it this weekend.
Until then, here is the table with my Audiomods arm installed. You can visit Thorens 150 Super build for more information and facts moving forward.
