From a poster at Steve Hoffman website I came across this article. Very interesting clip on the making of a Rega RP 8. The short video also shows the complex process of winding coils in the cartridge. Whatever the opinion of Roy Gandy's turntable philosophy, there's little doubt that he has achieved great success in producing turntables that sound good for prices that aren't stratospheric.

I really love my RP6. It works so good.
