Yup I bought them when they first came out and they are definitely an improvement over the stock feet. They are pricey but certainly limit the coupling of vibrations to very low frequency. However, they should not be used to cure a fundamental problem with your support structure for your turntable.
Attend to that first.
Don't bother with the sorbothane boots (if they still sell those).

My TT stand is quite sturdy. It sits on a low pile carpeted floor with concrete slab under the carpet.I have not noticed any problems with foot falls. My main objective is to isolate the 1200 from acoustic feed back, which I don't hear, but assume could be a factor.
For me, the Isonoe feet definitely deliver an improvement and I have them on both my turntables, since my floor is not as stable as it should be and footfall was picked up on my recordings. With the Isonoe feet, footfall is inaudible.
Plus they are sort of self-levelling compared to the stock feet given the suspended design of the O-ring configuration.
From what you say, you don't have a problem that you can hear, but are hoping that it might improve things. However, unless you actually have a problem you won't know if it is really solving it and only you can answer whether the cost is worth the peace of mind!
All I can say, is that the design DOES work in solving the footfall audibility, but whether you get any benefit will depend on your floor and support stability.
So the question is, do you consider them too expensive if you don't get to exploit the benefit?
They will have no effect on plinth resonances coupled to the arm.
