$10,000 TO START! For a table that gives every apppearance of being the build equal to a Prime Signature, which costs $6,000. Granted there are differences. Gimballed vs. unipivot arm, for example. And the feet may be better (or just different). But still...I have a hard time believing this would be $4k better than the Prime Sig. Magic of the marketplace, I suppose...or further evidence that there really is one born every minute.

By the same token, Is a Prime Sig $4K better than a great $2K table.
The number of dollars seldom relates directly to the level of quality increase.
...and even less directly to the sound of the music.
The motor appears to be a significant upgrade with what sounds like an integrated ADS, so that may be some of the cost increase.
Dear Mr Teenage, You are not being very diplomatic.
I didn't drop any F-bombs, disparage anyones' parentage or call anyone names. I simply noted that given the information available in the ad and VPI's website, the ML-badged TT appeared not to be a particularly good value for money.
Feel better now?
Levinson played the same game a few years ago with a rather ordinary SS Korean amp
preamp to his Red Rose 3 preamp. The price jumped from $1900 to $3000.
I've wondered why people have this opinion. My guess is this came about as Red Rose components visually resemble AudioPrism components and possibly doubled down by a dislike of Mark Levinson (the man). Sure enough, Red Rose products are identical visually to or slightly different from similar AudioPrism components derived from Red Rose's acquisition of AudioPrism. Thus I can understand a gut reaction that some Red Rose components are but rebadged AudioPrism components. But a visual similarity of the exterior of such components does not confirm the guts of these components are identical. Many manufacturers (CJ, ARC, VTL, and on and on) over time offer customers enhancements/upgrades to existing models and simultaneously drop selling the base models now replaced by upgraded versions. Said upgraded versions might be called Amp XZ MKII and sold at a cost greater than the former base model sold for. In most to all such cases, the exterior of these upgraded components remain identical to the original pre-enhanced versions--which does not imply those companies ripped off existing customers who paid to upgrade their components or who purchased new MKII versions.
I am only knowledgeable about a few Red Rose components. Red Rose upgraded their respective AudioPrism versions internally prior to releasing them as Red Rose components. I have a list of some of the enhancements Red Rose performed to make the Red Rose 1 Reference amps. From memory a few of which were use of better more expensive output transformers, upgraded wiring, and I think additional voltage regulation. In a similar manner Red Rose made changes to the AudioPrism preamp to make the Red Rose 3a Silver Signature preamp.
Currently, one of the honchos who worked at AudioPrism and later for Red Rose has a business that in part enhances most AudioPrism components to their respective Red Rose versions.

and sent it to Seattle for modifications and the larger power supply.
Well, it is a Samsung now. No?
