Absolutely.
Search for "heavy duty drawer slides" and you will find dozens of 500lb (200+ kilo) slides prefectly suited for your application. They cost about 70-80 dollars a pair.

Agree with Manny, yes they are available. A friend of mine works on cars, he opened a drawer and it had two transmissions in it! And the drawer had a nice smooth easy glide to it - though it took a little force to get it to start moving :)
Why are you making this so complicated? My 200-year-old dining room table, which is solid walnut and opens to 101 inches, is on four Shepard-brand casters, and rolls around like it weighs no more than my Yorkshire Terrier.
I have carpet in one room and ceramic tile in the other.
Maybe but try sliding that table in and out of a small space without knocking it around on the sides. I don't think that would be too good for a turntable. Even (or maybe especially) one that weighs more than the USS Nimitz.
