I'd replace the Stylus 10 with a stylus 20. Both are elliptical, but the 20 is a nude square shank stylus with lower tip mass, where the 10 is a bonded elliptical. I've owned both in the past as well as their 2M equivalents, the Red and Blue (still have it) and feel the nude elliptical is clearly superior.
That said, the AT-95E is the best budget cartridge on the market, IMHO and if you don't have your MMGs in a hard bare room, should present no excessive brightness. I've owned 3 sets of MMGs over the years, the last a fully "Gunned" version with revised crossovers and maple frames.

The room is bright, but I have not found it problematic in most listening situations. It was a little more sensitive with the 3As as they had ribbon tweeters.
I thought about going the route of the OM20 stylus but at $155 I would be concerned about my youngest destroying it. So I am thinking I either get a replacement OM10 or equivalent or swap out to the AT95e for now. The replacements for the AT are a little less expensive, should I run into a similar problem.
Can't the three yr old ruin an AT95 as well? No cartridge is too cheap if it keeps getting destroyed. I was also about to recommend the OM 20 tip. Maybe pull out the stylus when not in use. I have an OM30 and it has a cool stylus guard for it, that stays on really nice.
You could buy an OM10 and an OM20. Keep the OM10 on the table and keep the OM20 for special occasions when the table is supervised. I have 2 grandchildren myself ...

I was going to do one of these aftermarket OM10 replacement styli. Seems like its gotten good reviews for $29 or spend another $14 and get the AT cartridge.
IF you did that, you could also buy a 20 stylus and stash it.

I'd get the 95E, but also begin instruction for said 3-year-old about the turntable being off limits until he/she can handle it properly. Never too young to learn that.
Oh, a nice area rug in front of the Maggies might help. It did with my MMGs and later 1.6s.
