You're welcome :)
BTW, I should clarify that for the Sumiko HS12 the CUMULATIVE effect of the tilt and plug axis effectively shifts the arm height by 3.15mm. The plug axis is actually 1.37mm with respect to the standard Technics position, but the additional shift is to compensate for the "lack of" tilt. An alternative or additional approach is of course to use a thinner mat such as the Funk Firm acrylic mat to get extra (effective) arm height. The Ortofon is one headshell I haven't tried and therefore can't tell you any details about it's tilt and plug axis relative to the Technics.

I was using the 4mm Funk mat and switched to a 2mm acrylic mat. It brought it to where it is now. I have a generic headshell I am preparing, painting it red first, waiting for it to dry, putting heatshrink on the arm lift, which may bring it into range. This headshell is higher and of same weight. The Sumiko would be too heavy. The cat is already heavy with two pieces of brass and brass screws.
Almost there.
