Since off-center stampers are still an epidemic in 2015, would it be possible to use replaceable stamper hubs/spindles(??) in the presses so that:
A. A stamper could be punched with a smaller hole, and if that's off-center a larger hole can be punched around it.
-or-
B. an off-center hub can be placed in the press to correct for an off-center stamper hole.
It seems to me that someone would want to be the first pressing plant that could correct a stamper after the fact.

The video below shows how it's done and why it's so easy to mess up.
That video seems to be blocked for me. USA

Very interesting. What I find amazing is with all those coarse cutters/trimmers/punches/presses/stackers/ etc., that records sound as good as they do so much of the time!
