Mfr recommends to begin with 2 hrs heating & 45 min cooling but also states that the guideline is conservative & to adjust heating times according to results. I tried the suggested guideline at first on a playable warp & got good results. That was not long enough, however, on the first attempt with the Jimmy Reed. Success was with my second attempt at 5 hrs heating & overnight cooling. The groovy pouches heat at 135F +/- 10%, so between 122F & 148F, so there is the need to fine tune. Great product, IMO, at a reasonable price.
