I'd be interested in hearing about this upgrade. I'm sure you'll be honest and not just say its the cat's pajamas because you own it.

From information provided by Phoenix and VPI I believe the current Eagle is rated at 15 watts and the SDS is rated at 30 watts max. I was told that the current Eagle should not be used with some of my higher draw Pabst motors but Phoenix is apparently working on a 25 watt Eagle version. I have friends that use an SDS drawing over 20 watts continuous and it performs well but it does get warm after extended listening sessions.
