Yeah, I was too nervous about doing the setup myself and really didn't want to bring it to a place to have done. There's something about the indoctrination you have to deal with with Linn dealers. Not that they're bad people, I just don't want to be given the whole speech about the turntable. Just let me listen and make up my own mind.

All Linn dealers I have visited in the past, usually left me alone in a dem room. ( but in olden days, I would bring some heavy duty dance electronica which noone wanted to stay in the room )
So luckily I have avoided so-called Linn indoctrination altho I was *administered* a tune dem once ( using my Krell CDP vs. their CD12 ) which I thought was kind of quaint.
A friend of mine brings his Sondek to my house occasionally to listen but most folks do not want to transport it in case something goes wrong many of them are incapable of fixing it.
