These are the R24 & R25 I believe, which should impact power mainly. Just measure the 4.7 & 4.75 with a DMM. I believe Jim uses 1% carbon comp, so if the 4.7k is overspec, the match will be close enough. Test the board afterwards at test points to see how balanced the voltage is.
One approach (delay) gets you the perfect match. The other will have you so enthusiastic once you hear this unit, you will probably end up playing with cap and resistor changes anyway.
Personally I like to find the optimum match and then just let the unit play. Damaging board traces by repeated swaps doesn't excite me.
I like the Dale military resistors where possible, but the experts on this hang out on DIY/tubes.
The customer is then charged what he is likely to stand. ...
Follow Ups:
I might just try the RatShack resistors in both channels, get the Bugle up and running.
The kit came with 681 Ohm and 100 Ohm resistors but there's no place for them on the board and no reference to them in the stuffing guide.
I'm guessing these are for more gain? I'm sticking with 40db.

probably for loading MC cartridge. he might have tossed those in instead of the 47k on a brain fart/fat finger, etc.
fat finger totally understandable.
I was seeing orange, gold, blue, red, brown, and black stripes in my dreams the other night.

Very little matching necessary, they're mostly dead on spec. And red!
