You should be able to bring the Wisa up to spec -
common problems are clogged intake filter and the wear of moving bits - be they vanes, diaphrams etc.
Contact Wisa and see if they offer a re-build kit.

I took a look at the inlet filter and it was dirty! replaced it but still the pressure is lower than 4psi.
I have been looking for the Wisa company to contact them but haven't found anything yet. I will keep trying.
i've had magnets fall.off the wisa pump arms. easy to see with dissassembly Easy fix with 30 min epoxy and a clamp.
