An SME III has, I believe, all the features you've listed. It does have a removable armwand, though, as opposed to a removable headshell. It is possible to find separate armwands (eBay, etc.), but prices vary - I've picked up a couple for around $80-$100 (though not that recently).
Don't know if this one is a good match for your preferred cartridges, though.
Follow Ups:
As I understand it, the SME III prefers lighter, higher compliance carts. My friend has one. A very nice arm but seems like it wouldn't work for me.
The SME III works just fine with medium compliance cartridges. It has a variable mass counterweight and comes with 2.2-gram and 4.4-gram headshell weights. I owned and played one for 20-years and I used only low-output moving coil cartridges. Effective mass for the SME III can be changed from 5-grams to 7.5-grams to 10-grams depending on what you prefer for different cartridges. I always had it set for 10-grams effective mass with a 4.4-gram headshell weight and maxed out counterweight.

So I guess the question is (if I can accept no repeatable VTA-adjust) how would the SME III compare to a 309?
Yeah, SME tonearms do not have easily adjustable VTA, even the 309. You might want to get a VPI tonearm or something with easily adjustable VTA. My Technics SL-1200 tonearm has on-the-fly adjustable VTA.
Good luck,
John Elison
Disclosure, I am a VPI dealer. I really like the new 3D printed tonearm and the VTA is adjustable on the fly.
