Nicely done!
Two things you might want to consider.
1. I like to remove the heavy dust and crap with a Hunt brush or equivalent prior to the cleaning process. There's no reason to dissolve that stuff and grind it into the grooves.
2. Some people use a second mat that is removed when doing the 2nd side. That way the dirt that was on the second side isn't transferred to the side you just cleaned.

Thanks for sharing. I like your method of putting the record inner sleeve between the outer sleeve and jacket. I do this on some of my records. I basically follow your method, with one additional step. After I vacuum the solution off the record, I change the Vac wand to Vacuum the distilled water. In other words, I have an extra Vac wand, one for the solution, one for H20. I use a VPI 16.5, Disc Doctor brushes, Hunt mk 6 brush for dry cleaning, Audio Intelligent #6 and distilled water.
