That is normal when a sales man from one company goes to the next he will do his "friends" a favor to get the line he represents at the moment.
Obviously Sounds of Silence is not among them. For whatever reasons (he did kiss the other enough...or he did not say thousand times "please"...) so he is kicked out. No matter how much energy he did invest.
Well, the german comment about that fits, they want to eliminate silently. ..each his own policy ... I always did like Steves kind of view...of course he wants to make some money (like all) but he still walks and does not crawl on the floor ...

Sorry, but I NEVER met a crawling dealer in my life! Maybe I always met the other Kind....
Andrea all I can say is that it's Brinkmanns loss not to have given Sounds Of Silence a chance. I've been a long time customer and he sells what he believes in and always had great things to say about Brinkmann. It's unfortunate that he is now selling his Brinkmann table and arm, SOS was one of the good guys but you would have seen that if given the opportunity..
It's quite unfortunate that Brinkmann is not allowing Sounds of Silence to continue as a dealer. He has an excellent set that brings that best out of any component. I have been to his place several times and he has always been a big advocate, he talks highly of their components and has always promoted them.
