Salience_Shop (Katherine) finally responded. Katherine reported their technicians say that "above 21V is acceptable". Still uncomfortable with that answer since it is the initial voltage I measured before I replaced a voltage regulator and voltage clamp in the power supply in effort to bring it up to 24 volts. I can only assume - at this point - that I won't run into more troubles.

  Fernando could not locate his schematic or specs.
  
  I know a few A'gon guys own the Jasmine and I am waiting to see if someone responds over there.
  
  This thing has been somewhat of a letdown.
