They seem like nice quality but look more like from the 90s to me. I dont have a clue though.

Steve is right.That is a Schumacher and they made them for Fender and other companies as well.
Here is what you do.Give us the dimensions of physical size and weight of this power transformer.Also,expose the wires to see all the color codes and we can make a general measurement to get in the ball park.
If it came out of 6L6gc guitar amp,that may be a good trannie for a small 7355 amp you were asking about.
