It would be fun to see IF you could revive it!
but that would require a full rip down and testing of almost every component in it.
I would say if little things like bulb sockets and selector switches are completely trashed then give it up to parts.
Someone will be happy with these. What else should I harvest?

At a minimum, the power trafo. Use a soft bristle toothbrush to remove loose rust from the lamination stack and end bells. Treat the remaining rust with a conversion product, like Duro Xtend. Follow with rattle can black, as needed.
The anodized aluminum heatsinks are additional recovery candidates.
