Got this one up and running with new caps, PS, etc., sounds great! However, the damn FM is just not working well. In measuring it out, the 6AU8 pin 2 is way off @ -.01 instead of -1.8, putting a new tube in helped some other voltages that were a bit off, but not this one. I notice on the schematic that R40 is 270k, in the set its 270 ohms! Not sure if this schematic has some bad info or what. does anyone here know what the correct values are for this? Thanks!

I didn't even see this post. R40 is 270 ohms. It is a cathode resistor.First and foremost you have to clean and lube the bearings on the tuning capacitor. This is most important because it's the tuning capacitor's path to ground. If you did that and you changed tubes, you now need to do an alignment because if it is out of alignment, you will get the odd voltage readings you are talking about.

Thanks, Michael, so it appears the schematic was wrong, so don't know how much of it I can trust now! But I believe you are correct, the set will need an alignment, thanks!
