Looks like a switch at the top... where green line is going. Black seems to going to a grounding lug? Blue to pickups.
Is this a stereo or active pickup bass? One with an EQ built in?
No equalizer but a battery powered system as well.

This bass was electronically modified from the original bypassing the original tone controls which are non-functional.

Either generate signal with strings or use small signal generator. Follow lines that show AC signal. DC resistance continuity test, for grounding wire scheme.
Should only have two lines going to jack. (+) for signal (center point). And (-) or zero for ground (outside sleeve). Unless, this is a stereo bass going into a stereo amp.
