I saw a Brit company that makes repros of the tweets sold in pairs. Not cheap as I recall, over $225 a pair.

The KEF T27 was used in the BBC licensed LS3/5a and JR derivative speaker. KEF stopped making the driver a long time ago. There is a thriving market for LS3/5a speakers, parts etc and several 3rd parties have stepped in to recreate the tweeter and woofer. The BBC enforced rigid specifications for the speakers in terms of FR response and pair matching. Owners replace tweeters in pairs, and then tweak the crossover to maintain spec compliance.
T27 SP1032. Same tweeter that the Frieds use but from a different set of speakers.
