The EICO HF-12 schematic reveals an "ordinary" PP 6BQ5/EL84 setup that uses a 6CA4/EZ81 as the B+ rectifier.
If you can make it fit into the available space, AnTek's AS-1T230 should prove to be a satisfactory replacement for the failed OEM part. Don't forget ferrite beads on the primary leads.
