Definitely worth buying and restoring.

Follow Ups:
20 WPC, like the Sherwood 5000 which also uses 7189 "finals", is reasonable. Expect distortion and/or poor tube life trying to squeeze out more.
We are lucky to have a good current production replacement for the 7189. It is the Russian 6П14П-EV (6p14p-eb), AKA EL84M.

Not real interested in buying it! But was unfamiliar with the Brand Name!
I am right now trying to find someone I can trust to restore my The Fisher 8oo B Tube Receiver!Which I think uses the same output tubes!
I'd give Ryan Kilpatrick a call. He's in the service department at audio classics in New York. They have done excellent work on my equipment. He'll tell you whether they can help.

As can be seen in the linked schematic, the 800B uses 7591 O/P tubes.
Contact either Don Sachs (dls123) or Mike Samra for service. Both of those "inmates" do excellent work.
