Go on utube and search for a video on how to retighten tube sockets. Buy a dental pick kit. They are pretty cheap and readily available any CVS. Even super markets carry them.
Also these are most likely the smaller signal tubes. Do a wiggle test on one tube at a time to see if you can replicate the sound. And BINGO that's the socket giving you the trouble.
That should cure the problem.

Thanks, The output tube sockets are all very loose. I will re-tension them.
But do check the preamp tubes as well.
And wiggle test them. you may find it is one tube causing the problem. Retightening all of them is a good idea anyway.

I like Caig Deoxit GN-5 spray or G100 liquid.
Don't use too much and let it DRYYYYYYYYYY first before turning on.

If all else fails, install a new tube socket.
