Looks like there maybe numbers stamped on the woofer's frame. This may help ID the manufacturer and date of production.
Thanks Fenderlover. I will look that up more thoroughly tomorrow. I don't believe I have seen anything else than "Made in England".

I see now: "69506", stamped in blue ink on the grille side of the frame.
what size are the drivers? Do you have a front pic of tweeter?
Hi. The woofers are exactly 12" frame edge to frame edge (the uncut portion of course), if that's how you measure this.
Like I said I can't unmount the tweeters. Bolts turn with nuts, and it's too tight in there for me to do anything about it, so I probably won't bother with these.

Fantastic! Many thanks!
These guys speaking of 10" bass drivers confuse me though. You do measure this from frame edge to frame edge, right? Mine then would be 12".
The drivers look nice. The cabinets seem very small for a 12 inch speaker. You may be able to source some cabinets. Goodmans did make larger enclosures as well. If you need European speaker plugs, there are lots around. There is a store in Mississauga, that even sells online. A1 Electronics. I see you are down the 401 in Montreal. Hope you get to enjoy these.http://www.audio4maniacs.co.uk/goodmansmezzo2.html
