I have an old MXR-90 I use a lot. Part of my main pedals board.

Follow Ups:
I have something in the works using an old laptop supply and a LOT of filtering- seems pretty quiet so far; and I use a compressor (based on SSM-2166 chip) and a custom Big Muff (plenty of gain- think John Wetton in early 70's King Crimson tone!), without any hum or noises... So far...
BTW, while those pics you sent me are super cool, could I trouble you to take one more shot of the front panel, but lining up the shot so that the volume and tone stack pots are centered (no angle showing the shaft)?
Thanks again! You'll find that I might just be the pain in the butt you always wished you'd never met! LOL...

Thanks again,
