I can tell you right now that you will no doubt need to tweak the coil on the vibrato board..The motorboating is an oscillation and humidity could have caused the coil to drift a bit and you just have to tweak it..Just go a half turn to 3/4 turn one way or the other and see if that cures it..Also,any of the old electrolytics on the boards should be changed..They are small values and they open many times or drift in value..I realized this was a solid state unit so I deleted my original post.
