Since you've decided to spend the money on them, have you considered sending them to someone really experienced with Dynacos, like Sal Brisindi who is authorized by Dynakitparts.com?

Great news that you have decided to make your amp safe and reliable. There are many options from straight repair to modifications that transform Dynacos to a mere shadow of their former selves.
Any competent tech can repair or upgrade a Dyanco amp. They are not rocket science and if you know the work of your tech of choice then you are much further ahead. Good luck with it.
Yes he has been at it for so many years its unreal, what he did to my other two amps I could not believe the sound when repaired. Amps were differant makes but man do I love those amps after he worked on them.
So after wasting money on letting other guys work on them and not getting good results I saved my money up for the repair.
Exciting knowing I will have them done right and just going to wait till after the holidays and send them out. Should have done it long ago. Cant cut corners I found that out.
