So much so that you use Sony in your moniker?!?
Now what about jeoff's comment that you renovated a Fisher 400 for him? Is this all just a ploy to stimulate interest in components you work on?
No offense intended but I'm both amused by and suspicious of this post at the same time.

And is generous with his knowledge and advice. And yes he is also known for his upgrades. Welcome Sony6060; I hope that you spend a bit more time here.

He is a regular at AK and contributes a lot of intelligence into conversations. Never heard he did repairs for others in all the time I have followed his discussions. I am amazed he is only now showing up here.
I would suggest you owe him an apology and join in welcoming him here.

I'm with Brian on this one. Glad to have another knowledgable member on this forum. Welcome.

jeez, the guy fixed up a receiver for me. I noticed his post and intended that as a welcome. I guess that I should have submitted it to you first for approval.
I have no secret agenda to work on AA members Fisher gear. I like Fisher tube gear and like to talk about it. It's a hobby. Enjoy yourself.
Yes I said I was both amused by and suspicious of your post. Most Inmates are helpful and many have great information, but as may be expected, a few have very personal agendas they tend to promote here. So since you're new here (I don't read many other sites so have no idea about your presence elsewhere) I don't know anything about you.
But offering a gently barb on the suspicion side, while stating I intended no offense, apparently has been misunderstood by some. So I'll simply add my "welcome" and say I hope you will share your knowledge when you can.
