I had both versions. Both the stereo and the monoblocks. Very good sounding.
The problem with them was they were time bombs waiting to happen and once they did most just discarded them. I do have a chassis with the iron on them but the front end boards were discarded. If you want it email me personally and we can talk or call me at 516-694-2930. Might be a nice project.
The main issue was when they broke you couldn't trace the parts because all the numbers were removed. The schematics went bye bye when the company folded. So all those when broken were just nothing except for very expensive transformers.

Parts numbers removed- you mean caps, resistors, etc? That is just plain silly and would be a big red flag for me saying run away, avoid this brand.....
And yet I know a set of monoblocks working for over 15 years. I know this is a sample of 1 but I suspect things aren't as bad as your experiences. And I suspect the early ones were a bit less reliable. They ran at higher voltages. And they were more powerful. The 400 watt rating was just for advertising. They were more powerful than that by quite a bit.
That explains why you don't see them much!
