Not to be a downer but since Wally (I suppose the same as the Wallytractor?)
took the time and energy to engineer the device and quite possibly patent it. Wouldn't it be at least a theft of intellectual property to publish that information?
Of course what you do in your home is your business.

Actually its the Wally Skater. I do not agree with you because I am going to use it in my home and not make a profit selling them. They are not available for sale technically. I have read many threads of folks that sent their money and never got anything back or got the item a year later so go figure what options I have.
"so go figure what options I have."
You can figure for yourself.
So you want to stoop lower because you feel he can't provide one if asked, or not available, or the guy has issues, who knows.
Stealing is stealing no matter how you justify it.
Good call. This activity is what an old colleague of mine used to call "R & D"....rip-off and duplicate.
On the other hand, if a product is no longer in production, or the manufacturer is no longer in existence, then if a private party wishes to approximate (or improve upon) the original design, more power to that individual. That's what's called making a "better mousetrap".
"You can figure for yourself. "
I actually did and to my surprise it seems the system is not patented. So, a guy named Pete Riggle is selling a wood version call the Woody for 99$

Whether you want to acuse him of stealing of course is completely your prerogative.
Thank God all the DIY ers are safe too.
"Thank God all the DIY ers are safe too."
Are you seriously trying to draw some parallel between DIYers and your overt solicitation for intellectual property theft?
A DIYer would do the necessary research and make the calculations required to arrive at the data you're asking for. You, OTOH, are just looking for someone to hand you that information so you can copy someone elses work. Pretty unacceptable in my book.
If it's not copyrighted or patented, then it's not intellectual property and certainly not theft. More like borrowing an idea-- which defines most DIY and creative work in general.
...Not only DIYer but other people on the web that actually sell the same thing. No patent so its open to all that can figure out a pretty simple principle. From pictures the dimensions are quite clear and easy to copy. I bet there are hundreds of folks that have already made their own rig long ago without anybody harassing them about it. So unless you have stock in the company don't worry about it.
"From pictures the dimensions are quite clear and easy to copy."
Then what's stopping you?
"I bet there are hundreds of folks that have already made their own rig long ago without anybody harassing them about it."
May well be. But the difference between that and what you started this thread with obviously goes right over the top of your head, so any further discussion is a waste of time.
"Then what's stopping you?" absolutely nothing I actually got a diagram from the web. Once I finish I will post some pics for others to use. I did not start anything but a harmless question. I have to agree with you on the last part of your statement.
