I have the dual 2134 in my Pioneer D 9 SACD player. I'm thinking of changing out the 2134 with Burson audio V5. Any experience with the Burson pampas?
Follow Ups:
I use an early Burson 'opamp' in last slot in my Bugle2 and it is an appreciable difference. Sound is more open, cleaner, wider, etc. I have read of a newer v5i version which I will step up to soon.
This version is cheaper than previous version, is smaller, and did I say cheaper.
Where do you order it and how much? I went to retailers and then checked three and none had the opportunity amps. Upscale, Parts Connexion and Audio Advisor.

go to the link below and then go to close to the bottom of the page.
There are options for ordering there.
And then I will send it off to Bill Thalman to install. I assume the 2134 is soldered in?
Thanks

on my Bugle2 the opamp was soldered in. as your guy to put a dip slot in vs soldering in the new chips. that way you can upgrade in the future and you apply no damaging heat to the new op amps.
Good advice-I will do that.
Thanks
