Given that he sells them. Since I don't sell (or even use) them, here you go!
The only thing which concerns me is the suggestion to use Amazing Goop to secure them. The Goop web site states that Goop can interact with certain plastics.
I might be willing to test it on a $3 Wima cap, but not on a $300 Teflon cap. I had this discussion with Michael Samra once. He said he used it on plastic caps many times, and never had an interaction. That may be the case, but the Amazing Goop company wouldn't put that caution on there for no reason.

at $3 a cap, I might try soldering my own copper leads on. It is probably a PITA to do, which make is prices reasonable.
