You've obviously done a lot of tweaking already, and still can't get what you want. Before you blindly take suggestions for more expensive tweaks that will probably not work the way you want, do you have a schematic for the crossovers so that we can see where you may have gone wrong, or offer educated suggestions.

Here's the schematic of the 3 crossovers.
The coil in the tweeter circuit remains stock, wire air core, as I was told it's not as critical as the other coils.
thanks for suggestions.

. . . try lowering the 68uF R2 in the tweeter circuit by a few Ohms. Try bypassing it with 2 and 1 kOhm resistors, see if this improves the top end air and sparkle. A lift of just a fraction of a dB can sometimes make the difference.
BTW, what speakers are those? It looks like a "true" first order xo, with shelving applied to the series reactive elements and LOTS of impedance correction to make those "simple" filters work right.
they are thiel 2 2s
Yeah, the circuit he duped uses 1.0 uF film caps as high frequency bypassing. WAY to large in uF.
THAT singularly, is "the" problem .
NO 1.0 uF ( on the face of THIS earth ) can do the needed job in the highs well enough.
Now, put a 0.013 uF DynamiCap Hotrod in there as the final bypass value, ( AND some others, needed below it, as a linear spectral fill in ), and the circuit will do the highs splendidly !!!
'You ever listen to the high end with that particular value in a DynamiCap E / Hotrod ????? Its superb. A Mundorf Silver in Oil 0.01 uF will be "OKish" there, at multiple times the cost.

I'm inclined to think the OP should address the somewhat large value 1.0uf bypass cap for the high-pass section, with a smaller value 0.1uf bypass cap.
Perhaps simply add a high-performance 0.1uf bypass cap in parallel with the existing 1.0uf bypass cap functioning as a cascade rather than remove the 1.0uf bypass caps from the circuit.
my 2 cents
