Some Inmates here have said that Power Conditioners color the sound.
I did get dedicated wiring and new outlets, and Clarus Aqua Power Cords.
For every Good Idea, there's someone who disagrees...

is that if you have configured your system for what you already have, any change will upset that "sound". Sometimes certain changes require a reconfiguration of things, sometimes totally.
That may be a difficult thing to swallow.
YMMV and FWIW
Well,I suppose that's a distinct possibility depending on the conditioning
you've decided to use. Fortunately,I came across one (Equitech) that has
done nothing but take everything I've put behind it basically disappear
except for the musical results which seem to originate from a very quiet, very dimensional live music making space.
I really can't recall any system configuration that I've used, that had the
capability to "scale" music to the level I'm currently able to experience.
You are correct though,I've used other conditioners that left much to be
desired in what they actually accomplished !
